It appears to be coloured clouds of fine substance in continual fluid motion. It extends 1 to 3 inches from the body. Our emotions are seen in this chakra and are reflected by the colours within. If we are happy they will be bright, light and appear to dance whereas if we are sad they will be heavy, dark, and dull and move sluggishly.
