• The centre of choice and consequence, where we understand that all our thoughts and actions have an impact on our physical and spiritual life. It is therefore about taking personal responsibility and understanding we create our own reality.

• All illness is connected to the throat chakra. It is therefore about listening and becoming more attuned to our bodies so we may become more responsible for our health.

• It is about surrendering ourselves to the divine without fear, trusting in our spirituality and a greater force. This is probably the greatest struggle we face in our progression to higher consciousness.

• This chakra is also related to creativity, speech, writing and the arts.
