• The sacrum is also to do with creativity in its pure, joyous and spontaneous form. It is where we discover our inner beauty and gifts and delight in them. It is about how we work with others and ourselves creatively, even when we have different perspectives.

• This chakra is also about our ability to give and receive.

• The sacrum is where we centre ourselves. It is from here that we find calm and stillness in the middle of chaos.
